Society Overview

Jagaran Cooperative Group Housing Society Limited is a residential housing Society located at Plot No.17, Sector-22, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077. There are 120 members having one flat each. The construction of the building complex of the Society was started in year 1999 and the flats were allotted to the members in 2004.

The Society is located in the South West part of Delhi adjacent to Indira Gandhi International Airport Dwarka Gurugram expressway and India international convention center as Yasho Bhumi. It is located in a prime location and a surrounded bypass on three side. The Society is a green Society having Kw roof top 60 Solar Power Plant the Society is registered with the Registrar of Cooperative Society, Delhi having registration number 1326.

Historical Milestones

1985
Society officially registered under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act.
1997
Society Obtained the possession of the plot of Land from Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
1999
Construction of 120 Flats (96 3BHK + Study & 24 2BHK + Study) started.
2004
Construction of all 6 residential blocks completed and possession offered to the Members.
2012
Installation of CCTV surveillance system and modernization of security infrastructure.
2013
Implementation of rainwater harvesting for sustainability.
2023
Replaced 125 kW Diesel Generator Set by Installing 125 kW Gas Generating Set as per the direction of Govt. of India.
2024
Installation of 60 kWp grid connected Rooftop Solar Power Plant.

Society Bye-laws & Regulations

Important rules and guidelines for all residents to follow.

  • All members must pay maintenance charges by the 5th of every month to avoid late fees.
  • Penalties and fines for violations will be levied as per the approved schedule in the bye-laws.
  • Any construction, renovation, or structural changes require prior written approval from the managing committee.
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful living environment for all residents.
  • Pet owners must follow society guidelines and ensure pets do not cause disturbance to other residents.
  • Common areas and facilities are for resident use only and must not be misused or damaged.
